I have a skin condition, for years the doctors recommend creams, in 2013 my GP in Newbury referred me for phototherpy, it cleared my skin condition and changed my life, now I live in Oxford I need the same treatment, I waited 2 months to be told I don't qualify for the treatment at the Churchill hospital, and was given a prescription for creams. I now have to look into buying my own phototherpy equipment..
