"Elderly people do not matter to staff"

About: Addenbrooke's Hospital

My elderly parent spent their last few weeks of life here and the only thing the staff seemed interested in was to move them out of the hospital bed as soon as possible.

I am saddened to read your feedback relating to the care of your elderly parents during the last weeks of their life.
