"Attention to obvious details"

About: Royal Preston Hospital

My daughter suffered a neurological disorder caused by strep Pneumonia and the staff used her room as a staff room most days - the noise was incredible. Chit chat when a baby is trying to pull through a life threatening illness is preposterous! I hate to thino what it's like when parents are absent. I'm also concerned about other elements of my daughter's care which I would like to mention but find it too upsetting to mention at present though rest assured I shall not forget In a hurry! Overall I am very grateful for the doctors speedy treatment but in terms of general care and assessment nurse led protocol leaves alot to be desired.
