About: NHS 24

(as the patient),

I called NHS24 after work today regarding ear ache & spoke to a guy named Francis, he was so helpful & thorough on the phone & he was sympathetic towards my pain.

It was nice to be given advice from someone who genuinely wanted to help me. His customer service was outstanding & he was very informative - he is a credit to the NHS24 service! ! Thank you! !
