What I liked

I went for a Urodynamics investigation on my bladder due to frequency and urge/full bladder sensations and was nervous beforehand as I had never had catheters inserted before but found the Urodynamics Team very reassuring and they put my mind at ease.

They were very friendly and professional and I found the experience much better than I thought due to their professionalism and friendliness.

I would certainly recommend your Urodynamics Team to other people as they were great and attentative at all times.

I would like to thank them for making that day as pleasant as possible.

What could be improved

I can't think of anything that needs improving as I had a good experience overall.
