"Grumpy receptionist not listening to calls"

About: Wharfedale Hospital

I phoned the switchboard 3 times in order to get what I wanted. The lady wasn't listening and switched me through before I'd finished explaining what I wanted. When I rang back and patiently explained that I needed information from her, she ended the call by simply hanging up and not saying goodbye. How rude!
