The car park is the one outside a&e where there are pay and display metres. I used it on three occasions mid afternoon Saturday to Monday as the front car park is even more difficult to find a space in.

Hi - thanks for your reponse. As confirmed earlier, charges are imposed between the hours of 8.00 am and 8.00 pm, unfortunately we are unable to advise why other drivers failed to display tickets, as they would have been required to pay during those hours.
