I wish to say thankyou to the Eye Department Staff at APH.I had to attend the the Department just before Christmas for two eye tests ,and also returned after Christmas.I was no sooner checked in ,than i was called in ,which was good as i had heard that were waiting times ,depending on your treatment. On each occasion the member of staff treating me was polite,professional and pleasant,and explained the proceedures. I have to visit on a regular basis now,and have been most recently ,the beginning of the month,where i was seen promptly once again. After having to wait about 18 weeks for my first appointment after being referred for treatment,i was a little concerned that i would experience more waiting ,but i have had no problems at all.. In my dealings with the now ,and when my mother was admitted a few years ago,i would like to thank all the staff concerned. Thankyou.
