"Nearly 3 months and no appiontment"

About: Cannock Chase Hospital

I was refereed to The hospital on 7th Jan 2014 I though as its coming up for 3 months and no word back would call them. Told Im on the list but lost the paper work and needs paper work sent again from my GP's wow lol shame
