"I was not informed of when I would be picked up"

I did not have a problem with the clinic at Nuffield, Wolverhampton. However I was annoyed with the volunteer (hospital car) who left me during my appointment to transport another patient to who knows where. Not informing me when I would be picked up to take me home.

Breakfast at 7am. It would mean most of the day without food. I waited until I had clearer vision before leaving the clinic, arrived home at 3: 45 on public transport.
