"Great service with a smile"

I am currently an in-patient on ward E and having been on the ward a couple of times this year have seen first hand how fantastic the domestic staff on the ward are and how hard they work. The cleaners and others who carry out the wards day to day functions are often over looked for the work they do which is a real shame as they can also have an impact on a patients stay. On ward E the overall standard is superb but two people stand out for not only doing their jobs to a superb standard but doing it with a smile and great fun and attitude. Both are lovely people and the NOC are lucky to have them. Staying in hospital is never fun but on ward E you can rest assured that you will be looked after with care, respect and when needed a great deal of good humour.
