"Delighted with results of total hip replacement"

About: Hereford County Hospital

I was admitted to Hereford County on the 5th February 2014 for total hip replacement surgery and I would like to thank all of the staff involved throughout my short stay on Teme ward following what appears to have been a very successful operation led by the consultant and his surgical team. 6 weeks on and I am now well on the road to a full recovery, no pain and the new hip is working well. Please pass on my thanks to all concerned, the consultant and his team, OT's, domestic staff, porters and the Teme ward nursing staff who with their sense of humour made my stay much more enjoyable. Kind regards Mr Andrew Boulter

On behalf of the Wye Valley NHS Trust we would like to thank you for your complimentary comments in respect of your recent total hip replacement operation here at the County Hospital. We will pass your comments on to the ward and consultant in order that they can share with their staff. Patient Experience Team
