"Been waiting for over an hour"

About: Bradford Royal Infirmary

I came to BRI with mother in law in gastro department for her appointment at 2:45 in March and we had to wait til 4:30 to be seen. Only one nurse or doctor told us they are short staff and many staff phoned in sick the day. Ridiculous for nearly 2 hrs waiting.

We are sorry that you had this negative experience with regard to your late appointment. We always try to keep to appointment times, however in certain circumstances this is not always achievable.
