I had a cystoscopy in the Urology department yesterday. I felt that everyone involved was excellent and they seemed to work well together. The operation took place in a professional, reassuring atmosphere and it seemed that everyone involved was anxious to do their best to put the patient at their ease and to explain what was happening. Thank you to the doctor and his team.
