My mother received an ultrasound heart scan on 18 march which was so rough it left her frail skin bleeding. She is nearly 93 and the person pressed so hard on her she came out in tears. Where is the care and compassion?

I am concerned to read your concerns about the ultrasound heart scan your mother had and the damage to her skin.
