"Day surgery procedure (bladder)"

I had day surgery for bladder problems. I was treated lovely and the staff were perfect angels so chirpy helpful and very caring. This was my first visit to st.Richards for a procedure and the hospital is so very clean (one of the cleanest I have visited) the staff of all departments are polite and helpful and are a credit to the hospital. My procedure was explained fully and clearly which was very good. I can not fault anything. Thank you for looking after me so well.
