(as the patient),

I recently went to the doctor with a sore shoulder and he sent me for Physio. I was asked if it would be okay if I was treated by a student and that I'd get a quicker appointment, so I said yes.

The student was very conscientious, eager to help and a good listener. Today was my fourth appointment and I don't need to go back.

I'm really, really pleased at my progress.

Dear Weeyin

We have had further comments from the Physiotherapy Service. They will let the student know what you have said. To clarify, as a service they offer the first available appointment when patients contact them and in this case the first available appointmen was with a student.
