About: Heartlands Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a relative),

My mum received excellent care from Dr Walker and Mr Laing. They were both extremely kind, professional and knowledgeable.

Mum was seen promptly had appropriate management and referral.

All the nurses on CDU, minor injuries and X-ray an CT staff were lovely, friendly
