What I liked

The degree of privacy afforded in the Day Surgery despite the limited space - but mostly the friendly, caring attitude of ALL staff and the efficiency with which I was looked after. Not at all the experience I was expecting and very much appreciated. I also liked the fact that I was kept informed - by letter prior to the event and the photographs post operation were most interesting. It is good to have all this detail.

What could be improved

Very little, if anything.
