"nurses have an attitude problem on b21"

About: Sunderland Royal Hospital

I am so disappointed at the lack of care the patients on ward b21 , I was visting a relative last week 12/13/14 march.The nursing staff were few and far between and when approched for help they were very abrupt and dismisive to the sick patients. I thought nursing was a caring vocation, I couldnt be more wrong. These sick patients deserve better!
