(as the patient),

Visited Blackburn Barbara Castle Way following booking of an emergency dental appointment. Advised that tooth would require extraction.

Dentist – Mr Grimely- advised it could be a difficult procedure but very kindly offered to undertake the job the following day if necessary. I took this opportunity and the job has been done saving me potentially many hours, days even in lost work time.

Vicky was very calm and helpful. Mr Grimley was very thoughtful and efficient
