What I liked
I think I will need to book to write about the frustrations of trying to get an URGENT scan at the hospital following my daughter being in the A&E department from Noon and being discharged late evening. From diagnosis it was decided that she needed an ultrasound URGENTLY. The consultant's Team advised this would be Wednesday. Here we are Friday and the scan has STILL NOT BEEN BOOKED, despite calls holding on for 37 minutes, 19 minutes 10 minutes, etc. etc. etc. If I bill the trust for time and telephone calls made by myself and my husband it will upset the balance sheets. Through all this my daughter is still in extremel pain awaiting this SCAN. I would like the name and contact address of the person I should write to with this catalogue of extreme inefficiency from being sent to A&E by my daughter B.P. up until today and it is still carrying on because we still @ 12.41 on the 21st. November (five days later) have no SCAN booked.
What could be improved
Cleanliness, communicate and efficiency
Anything else?
Please see above comments and I would appreciate an immediate response. Not days as we have already experienced.
