What I liked
The staff on the ward were so friendly & professional & nothing was too much trouble
What could be improved
The mid afternoon tea trolley did not reach my ward & after having to do without food & drink for so many hours was greatly missed.
Anything else?
I would like to compliment the surgical team on their 'bedside manner', & putting me at ease in a stressful situation.
