Having had several outpatient attendances and one operation under general anaesthetic I have found this hospital to be outstanding. It is not a vast great place with hundreds of people rushing around with no time to do anything. At every stage I have been seen on time, treated with respect and consideration and given as much information as I have needed, and with a positive treatment outcome. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Princess Royal to friends and family and please don't judge it by what you might experience in others of the Trust's hospitals, i.e. Brighton!
