"Outstanding care"

I am currently a patient and have been most impressed with the level of efficiency and care that the staff on the a& e medical assessment unit. ( especially one who workec the night shift on sat 15 and sun 16 match 2014 . Nothing was too much trouble for them all and they went out of their way too be friendly and cheery especially to the more elderly patients . When I had to move to flirt nine room 8 on Monday 17 march the standard of care was again excellent . It seems that although the staff are extremely busy that nothing is too much trouble for them . Again big thanks to the nurse on night shift. You hear pretty negative stuff re the Nhs on the news but after this experience I cannot fault them. . Lisa Cairns
