"Accident and emergency/ward 7"

My 100 yr old mother was admitted via BRDOC to A&E on 16.3.14 with a severe chest infection, I accompanied her. She received attention,assessment and treatment in a prompt,professional and caring manner by all the staff team who all explained exactly what they were doing and why and gave feedback on the test results. Their approach to my mum(who also has moderate dementia) and to me,as the carer was all you would wish it to be.The experience was just as good on ward 7. We'll done NHS - well done Fairfield A&E and ward 7 Please pass my thanks to all staff involved
