What I liked

The nurses and doctors took no notice of my mums requests to go to the W.C. Being diabetic the frequency with which she has to go has always caused her problems at this hospital.

No one ever takes notice. It took several requests and at least 30 mins for someone to respond.

What could be improved

Better nurses and more caring staff who can appreciate what the patient is going through and more nursing staff in A&E

Anything else?

I found it diabolical the amount of patients who were not attended to within a reasonable time.

I have been to this hospital over the last 20 years and from being a good hospital it has gone down rapidly over the last 10 to 12 years.
