(as a friend),

My friend would like to thank the Staff and all members of the team during her five day visit on Amber Ward A. The care and kindness she received was remarkable.

Also a week after her stay her daughter was cared for by that same staff for a five week stay. As her daughter has special needs, she was amazed by the genuine care, kindness and love given to her.
