I went to day surgery yesterday for a gallbladder removal. I was quite nervous but was put at ease straight away by the staff on this ward. From entering the hospital to leaving I found the staff kind ,understanding and nothing was too much trouble. Too often we like to complain but sometimes we need to praise people for a great job. So thankyou.
