I would like to thank all the staff on Rochester Ward, South Wing for their kindness, joyfulness, excellent care and continuous encouragement they provided to my nan and family. I am pleased to say as a result of the excellent care, my Nan who is 97 is doing remarkable. Best wishes, Francesca and family
