(as the patient),

I was in your outpatients on Thursday morning and I just want to compliment the staff who worked that morning. I wish I could remember the name of the doctor and nurse who saw me that morning but they were both excellent at what they did. Highly professional, quick and I thoroughly agree that nurses deserve a big pay rise. Very happy with the service. Thankyou again
