"Home birth team"

My husband and I opted to stay at home for the birth of our first child and have nothing but praise for the team. We found them to be professional, comforting and basically fantastic for the whole process! It was also lovely that it was the midwife that visited for our 5 day follow-up. We both felt safe, secure and well-informed throughout and never had a single doubt about the standard of care received. I hope more women will consider home births. I am so glad that my daughter was born at home and would not hesitate to choose a home birth again in the future.
