"Recent surgery at the NOC"

I recently had to undergo surgery on my foot in the day surgery ward and the medical team who were looking after me were wonderful. I was kept informed every step of the way and the kindness I was shown was second to none. A big thank you to everyone who was involved in my care on 10 February. The only grumble I would have is with the admin department. I found the staff there not always helpful and I can't understand why email or text messaging cannot be used to send out appts. Also the pre-op assessment department was very haphazard on the day I was there -we were there for 6 hours!
