About: Orpington Hospital

People treated like Cattle, no option to book appointment, have to turn up & Queue. 20 people in front of me, guess about 3 hour wait? Only received limited information from lady at main reception desk, no body seemed available to answer questions at Blood center it’s self? Nice lady at deck could not tell me if they are open Saturday. I’m too ill to queue, need book appointment, not possible, no hope. Car parking also expensive, cost’s £1.50 per hour (min charge), so cost me £1.50 to find out there was a 3 hour wait. Other “star” answers on review, may not be accurate, due to no treatment received/possible.
