"Cardio care"

I have been having follow up cardio care after a heart attack at Bedford Hospital. My initial contact with the hospital was the acute unit, from where I was sent to Papworth for a angioplasty. I had to have a second procedure at Bedford and I can say hand on heart (pardon the pun) that at both hospitals I received nothing but the best care I could wish for. All of the nurses were great, and the Consultant, who performed both ops was 1st class. I would like to thank in particular member of staff who is the cardio support nurse at Bedford. She talked through all of my meds, rehab etc meticulously and in terms that were easy to understand. I start my rehab tomorrow and would just like to take the time to say that for everyone that knocks the NHS, this is one satisfied customer!
