At first I felt it would be a waste of time, but Annette’s professional approach was what I appreciated. On further sessions, I found Annette friendly and encouraging.

I could ask questions and get answers. I would trust Annette and would like to say thank you for giving me a sense of achievement.

Thank you very much for taking the time to comment on Patient Opinion. At the Jubilee Unit we pride ourselves on our friendly, approachable staff and the thorough work they do.
