"Over the last few weeks my confidence has grew"

About: Community Health Services / Community physiotherapy

(as the patient),

I had a fall in October 2013 and it ruined my confidence. At the time I had the fall, I lost 8lb at the smart choice and I was feeling good about myself.

So, I had 7 weeks in a boot and on crutches and started physio in November/December.

I then needed to be able to walk and exercise on my feet.

Over the last few weeks my confidence has grew and the pain in my feet subsided.

I am very happy with the lower limb day I have attended.
