About: Inclusion Matters Liverpool

(as the patient),

Inclusion Matters taught me lots of coping strategies to help manage my mental health problems. They also helped me to understand that I am important and I do deserve to feel good about myself.

After my 12 week course, I now feel I have the right tools to continue my journey.
