I greatly appreciated my sessions with counsellor Josie. I was at an extremely low ebb and it was wonderful that she quickly understood what my main issues were with anxiety, depression and stress.
She greatly supported me and addressed the issues I faced. I had major issues with work. I’d done the job for over 25 years, had developed agoraphobia, OCD and panic attacks. During my time with her I became registered as partially sighted (sight problems all my life).
My extreme issue is beyond mine or her control in that I need ill health retirement, but Josie provided reports for my GP, which should help.
