"Pre Surgery, surgery and after care"

This is the second procedure i have had in 6 months. Surgery can be extremely scary and worrying. I arrived there this morning worried maybe a bit scared. I was totaly put at ease by the staff on Ruxley ward. I was treated in a manner that i would expect to recieve. The meeting with the anethnatist and surgeon, everything was explained to me in a clear and concise and understandable way and i was totaly relaxed during the procedures carried out by the anethnatist and her staff. After the procedure i was in the Abery Hill ward. Again i found nothing to fault the staff, very professional, caring and i felt really looked after and i would like to take the opportunity to thank everyone at Queen Marys for my care which turned my fears and worries into a totally relaxed procedure. If Queen Marys hospital has had previous bad publicity. Then the staff there have over turned any previous concerns totally around Thank you Ian Stuart
