"thank you to the amazing staff in the majors..."

About: King George Hospital

After phoning 111 they advised me to go KGH, well I got a cab to KGH after fainting and having chest pains and being sick and feeling that my fingertips to my elbow went numb.I got into the booking in room which I was nicely met by a nice reception who took my information and problem which I was then sent round to majors and after I sat down, 5 mins later I was called into the triage room, which I was feeling bit hungry and she said she was going to get me some food, which she kindly did get me a hot drink and a sandwich which I would love to thank her, I was then sent to have a ECG done and bloods where a male nurse done these for me, 2 hours later the doct came round and saw me and sent me off for a chest x-ray and I came back and sat in the waiting room and then the doct came back round and said im going to do an oxygen test, which I would also like to thank her as well and she wrote a letter to the GP to get get reffered to a cardiology team. I would like to thank everyone involved with my visit to KGH majors Thanks Connor Aged 16

Dear Connor, Thank you for your kind comments. It is wonderful to know that when you came to A&E after calling 111, you were treated with great care. I will share your comments with the team to let them know how appreciative you are for the care they gave to you. Yours sincerely Flo Panel-Coates Director of Nursing
