I rang EGH the other day and after about a minute the phone was answered by, I think, "...General"... I asked if i was through to Epsom Hospital and the voice replied "Yea , its the switchboard!" I asked to be put through to A and E...silence...click...and I was through!...Personal communication skills nil! What can I say ! Retired SCBU staff nurse EGH
