I recently had to attend your hospital for a colonoscopy , all the staff were very friendly and made you feel at ease before and after. The thing i was very uncomfortable with was when i was asked to change into my hospital gown i was told to also remove my socks which i then had to sit for 15 minutes with my feet on a cold floor and then walk on the freezing cold hospital floors bare foot and also where people where walking with outside shoes on. This surely is unhygienic for patients to do this and couldn't feet coverings be offered to us also i found it very uncomfortable as i suffer badly with arthritis in both legs and poor circulation in my legs.
"suggestion for patients"
