My Mother visited the QMC at the begining of February 2014. She was given eye drops to use at home. On using these she felt discomfort and stinging. We contacted the hospital who stated a new prescription would be sent for different eye drops to be used. To date and after 8 PHONE CALLS! we still have received no outcome I am fed up of contacting them - it seems they do not even want to deal with us and have never returned any of my calls.
I am hoping by sending this message someone can contact the consultant or one of his team to sort for us.
