What I liked
I was in the Florence Portal House Anothony Letchworth Ward The care was brilliant the staff brilliant very clean and after all my worries was put at ease but the most caring people. Would never worry about going there again.
What could be improved

Anything else?
Just to put other patients to be minds at rest that the care and cleanliness will be impeccable
