(as the patient),

I visited the hospital in March from the minute I went onto the ward everyone was helpful. I saw Dr. Phil (I won't attempt His last name) anyway he arranged an emergency brain scan so that I could fly on Friday.

It was better than private treatment in my opinion and I am deeply grateful to all staff, nurses, receptionists, imaging department and of course Dr. Phil.
