I had the latest of many endoscopic examinations yesterday, 11th March 2014. As ever, this unpleasant procedure was done with kindness, care and professionalism. The reassurance by both doctor and nursing staff was superb, removing the concern and providing friendly support. We are so lucky to have these fantastic people.
