At the end of January I went into Wycombe Hospital for total hip replacement and just have to tell you about my experience there.
First the surgery went well and I was sent to ward 12b on the Orthopaedic and Trauma department to recover. All I can say is that the staff are so friendly and kind that my recovery was greatly helped by the Doctors, Nurses, Auxiliary staff, Physios in fact everyone.
I was discharged after 2 days and as far as I am concerned this was totally down to the wonderful people that work there they are truly an inspiration to the NHS.
