"Treatment was very useful, but I felt the sessions were too short"

(as the patient),

The treatment was very useful, but I felt the sessions were too short. This made me feel a bit rushed and stressed.

The therapist was very good, but a lot was made of me being late for the first sessions. However, I was kept waiting each session. It is important this is two way.

Many thanks for your helpful feedback. I am pleased that you found your therapist to be good and the treatment helpful. However, I'm sorry that you felt your sessions were too short and that you felt rushed. I am also sorry that you were kept waiting for your appointment.
