"Removal of,gall bladder in Day Surgery unit"

I had my gall bladder removed in the Day Surgery Unit of Torbay Hospital recently. I cannot commend their professionalism, care and attention to me. From the consultant and her team to all the nursing staff. Everyone was very kind and respectful and treated me with dignity. Everyone had time to answer my questions and to be reassuring. The Nurse Practitioner who saw me before my discharge was extremely knowledgeable, clear and concise in her advice and very helpful when I telephoned a couple of days later with a small problem. I would,give them all an oscar I could for professionalism, care, and consideration and the ability to adapt their approach to people from every walk of life. Doreen Bennett.
